Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP)

Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP) is a secure, web-based platform for award management. 

The Queen’s Medical Center is introducing Cayuse SP to streamline research administration and improve efficiency. Cayuse SP centralizes proposal and award management, and increases compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements.

How do I access Cayuse SP?

Principal Investigators, research personnel, and administrative staff involved in sponsored research projects can now access Cayuse SP.

  • Please click https://queens.app.cayuse.com to log in.
  • Enter your login credentials. Note: you do not need to be connected to the Queen’s VPN to access Cayuse.
    • If you have an existing Cayuse account with Queen’s – e.g. Cayuse Human Ethics – you can login with the same username and password.
    • If you do not have an existing Cayuse account OR do not have access to Sponsored Projects, submit a request here.
  • After you login, you will be taken to your Home Page labeled “My Tasks”.
  • On the top right corner, click on “Products” as show on the picture below.
  • A drop down menu will appear. Click on “Sponsored Projects” as shown on the picture below.
